I help women who work really hard to make sure everything looks okay on the outside when it doesn’t feel that way on the inside.
My clients struggle as you do. Despite being hardworking, motivated to do more, and deeply caring of others, life is hard.
They look at their calendar or to-do list and feel it is already too much but will always find a way to squeeze in one more “yes” when someone asks them. The “yes” comes out before they even have time to think about it, and then they feel they should follow through anyway because they don’t want to let anyone down.
Their anxiety and self-esteem get in the way of the life they want in so many ways. They aren’t the kind of woman they want to be. They feel like they’re failing as a friend, mom, daughter, or coworker. And their confidence in themselves is tanking.
Before they came to see me, they felt emotionally and physically drained. It looked like other people around them could do it all so easily, so why did it feel like their life was spiraling at every turn? They worried they “just weren’t trying hard enough” to hold it all together. That they just kept needing to give a little bit more.
